Follow the path into the deepest part of the Stone Forest,
there you will find the tower of the ancient child.
There you will find the shield key and with it save the princess.
The child arrived, burning as bright as the sun.
And the mountain let out a jovial cry, echoed through time,
They where finally together again, and together they would stay.
This was the first drawing I did on an iPad using a stylus and in this program. So A lot of it was just seeing what the program could do and messing around. Came out pretty cool though.
Here is a piece done in Autodesk's Sketchpad Pro for the iPad, its a pretty solid drawing and painting app, but I have to recommend using a stylus. The variations where also done using iPad apps. On was done in Photoshop touch, one in Filter Storm, and one in iPhoto. Honestly I can't remember which was which, i just remember iPhoto being pretty sucky and PS touch being very smooth and easy.
Here's the original, and here is a bit of story behind it: Fractured
One of the great astral warriors, she is charged with the protection of our world from threats beyond our understanding. To this end she travels across the universe searching for evil where ever it may hide.
The balloon just wanted to get away. Why I wondered, doesn't it know its safer here with me?

Been some time!
Lets restart with something simple....
Here is the first iPad Drawing of the Day
Today's, like many is done in Wacom's Bamboo Paper App, a nice sketching program I have come to love more and more as I use it! This one, also like many was a very fast (5 or so min) sketch.
